Introduction To Swim Logging

SwimOptimum can help you track your training with its online Swim Log. You can access the Swim Log by clicking the "View Swim Log" option in My SwimOptimum.

While viewing your Swim Log, you can choose to view a range of weeks by selecting the start and end date with the boxes at the top of the page and clicking Go.

Clicking anywhere within a week will allow you to log your times and distances for that week; simply fill in the boxes and click Save.

The right-hand column will show you a total of your times and distances for the week so that you can keep track of how your training is progressing.
